I have deposited from other platforms to DragonEx and it showed that my transaction completed. But why didn’t I receive the amount?
Step One：A withdrawal marked as “completed” or “success” on an exchange does not mean that the transaction has fully processed to the receiving exchange – it simply means that the transaction was successfully posted to the blockchain.
Step Two: Once a transaction is on the blockchain, it will still take a variable amount of time to confirm and post to the destination exchange. Different blockchains require different amounts of “confirmations” before a transaction is verified.
Step Three: It is not uncommon for a blockchain to be congested with many transactions, causing unexpected/unusual delays in processing your transaction. You may use the transaction ID (Tx_id) to follow the status on the blockchain.
Step Four: If you follow the above steps, still didn’t receive the amount, please send mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or submit request with the information about your DragonEx ID, Coins and the quantity you deposited, Tx_id (Required), Our customer service staffs will help you handle it promptly.
